Obvious in this case we are throwing bugs out the window. It also refers to an act of political dissent which is expressed by using the name 'winpdb'. By reclaiming 'win' as a multi-os name, one is refuting the political domination of Microsoft and their attempts to own many simple words. Together, these two concepts means you are trying to throw Windows out the window because it is a bug we have all suffered with far too long.
