Pick a good sized CS book and put it in front of your monitor so that it hides the screen unless you sit up straight.
Sitting up straight for long periods is actually bad for your lower back. It’s better to lean back at about a 45 degree angle. What you really need is a chair that allows this, and that supports your head and neck in a comfortable position while doing so.
@nate, depends on the person. Everyone will find something that works for them.
